Residential Life

During your time in the program, you have the option to stay in college dormitories at our Ukiah, California campus. These accommodations provide a safe and supportive living environment where you’ll share space with fellow students and experienced Residential Assistants. This residential component enhances your educational experience through community living, fostering connections and providing convenient access to all program facilities.

Service

The program incorporates service as an essential practice. Cooking and preparing food serves as a way to give back to the community, forming a fundamental aspect of the Culinary Arts Program. Students learn that culinary arts extend beyond technique to include the mindful act of nourishing others. This service-oriented approach cultivates gratitude, generosity, and a deeper understanding of how food connects communities while developing professional skills in a meaningful context.
