With 98% of students living on campus, we believe that learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom— it happens in the dorms, where we live, eat, play, and get to know one another. As a student at DRBU, you play a crucial role in co-creating our caring and interdependent residential community.
On-Campus Living
We offer on-campus housing to all BA students and to MA students subject to availability. Students stay either at our beautiful redwood campus at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas (CTTB) or at our Sudhana Center campus in downtown Ukiah.
The other day I opened my dorm window and there was a deer walking by with the winter wind blowing and leaves falling down. I thought I was in a movie.

Our dining program offers 100% vegetarian meals designed to meet the nutritional needs of our community.
