Dining
Compassionately crafted meals
From our 100% solar-powered campus to our organic farm, our commitment to living sustainably runs deep. Our dining program is no different: we offer our students nutritious and wholesome vegetarian meals. Our campus is also home to Jyun Kang, a beloved vegetarian restaurant that is famous locally and regionally.
Through our work study program, students support on-campus dining by washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and even cooking.
